normativ GmbH reference project
Clarify construction quality. Assess damage. Implement solutions.

From a broad service catalogue to a clearly positioned presence for construction quality and damage.
Mrose Consulting developed the complete bilingual market and web presence for normativ GmbH. The new service architecture puts professional clients first, keeps access clear for private clients and connects six structured service areas with Roger Camadini's more than 40 years of construction practice.
Scope: Positioning, website DE/EN, portfolio DE/EN, portraits, technical SEO and controlled go-live.
Visit normativ.techStarting point
normativ GmbH covers the construction process from prevention and quality assurance through site management and handover to damage assessment, remediation and technical dispute resolution. The previous website presented this breadth as an extensive service catalogue, but did not guide different audiences clearly enough from their specific situation to the right service.
Strategic task
The project required more than a new design. It needed a robust positioning: B2B first, clear access for private clients, six core services, transparent qualifications and a service structure that works across Switzerland.
Mrose Consulting's contribution
Mrose Consulting analysed the market, audiences and existing website. The work defined the B2B/B2C positioning, service and information architecture, core messaging, page logic and content priorities. This foundation informed the custom bilingual website, portfolio documents in German and English, portraits, technical SEO, structured data, enquiry form and privacy foundation, as well as staging, migration, go-live and rollback planning.
Result
The result is a bilingual multi-page presence organised around construction quality, damage and remediation. Six service areas, dedicated paths for professional clients, clear access for private clients and Roger Camadini's more than 40 years of construction practice and qualifications now form one coherent structure.
