This policy applies to personal data processed in connection with mrose-consulting.ch. Data is processed only where needed for secure operation, communication and the initiation or performance of an engagement.
2. Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by METANET AG, Josefstrasse 218, 8005 Zurich, Switzerland. When the website is accessed, technically necessary log data may be processed, including IP address, date and time, requested address, protocol, status code, transferred data volume, browser or device information, referring page and technical errors.
Metanet documents that access to web services is recorded in log files. The data supports secure and stable operation, fault analysis and abuse prevention; Mrose Consulting does not use it to create advertising profiles. The specific retention period depends on the hosting-account configuration and Metanet's technical requirements. Where Mrose Consulting can influence retention, log data is kept only for as long as needed for these purposes.
3. Contact and enquiry form
If you contact us by form, email or telephone, we process the information you provide. The form collects your name, optional company, email address, optional telephone number, message, language and a technical timestamp used to prevent spam.
The information is used solely to answer your enquiry, contact you and, where applicable, prepare or perform a contractual relationship. Form submissions are sent server-side by email to info@mrose-consulting.ch. The website does not maintain a separate contact database.
To limit automated submissions, the IP address is transformed into a one-way verification value. This temporary value and associated timestamps are retained in temporary server storage for no longer than one hour.
Correspondence is deleted once the enquiry has been resolved, unless statutory retention duties, contractual reasons or legitimate evidentiary interests require longer retention.
4. Fonts, cookies and external services
Fonts and images are delivered directly by this website, so no connection to Google Fonts is made. The website currently uses no analytics, tracking or marketing services and no non-essential cookies.
Links to LinkedIn and Aisterpiece Studios only establish a connection to the respective external provider when you actively open them. The privacy terms of the provider you visit then apply.
5. Recipients and international disclosure
Personal data is disclosed to service providers only where necessary for hosting, email operation, IT security or handling your enquiry, or where required by law. The primary hosting provider, METANET AG, is based in Switzerland and may use subcontractors for individual technical services. If you voluntarily open an external link, the provider may process data abroad under its own terms.
6. Data security
Mrose Consulting and its service providers apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Website traffic is encrypted using HTTPS. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed for electronic communication.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable data protection law, you may request access to, correction, release, restriction or deletion of your personal data. You may withdraw consent with future effect and contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
Email info@mrose-consulting.ch to exercise a right. Proof of identity may be requested to prevent unauthorised disclosure.
